| Introduction | ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Food Activist, Nutrition Adviser. Fitness Trainer for 7+ years. Began career working in post-rehab and injury prevention under a Chiropractor, and Exercise Physiologists where she learned a lot about functional exercise, and the effect on ones body from lack of exercise, or improper mechanics. She decided that having a career to helping others avoid some of the diseases and injuries that lack of exercise, and proper nutrition may prevent! After becoming certified, learning from this environment gave the philosophy of "preventative medicine" a much deeper meaning. In 2004, she started her own business targeting to help clients that wanted no parts of joining a health club, yet wanted that extra motivation to lead a healthy, strong lifestyle! She trains clients of all backgrounds...high school & college aged athletes to post-menopausal women & men of all ages! She loves Fitness & Nutrition and has been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and became a fitness enthusiast at a very young age, striving towards a dream to one day help others reach their goals of feeling great both physically and mentally. |
