| Introduction | Hello, I'm a single Mom of two great boys, a pitbull and two cats. I am an animal lover to my core. I have a day job in IT, but also have my own beading business (beadifuldiscoveries.com) as beading is my passion. I started this blog not only to hopefully motivate and encourage others, but to also hold myself accountable. If I'm going to talk the talk, I'd better be prepared to walk the walk. I've learned so much about diet, exercise, self-esteem, etc., and feel I have something worth sharing. |

| Favorite music | Bluesy stuff ... Pink, Joss Stone, Adele, people that can reach down and grab some part of me. Some country - Lady Antebellum, Travis Tritt, Tim McGraw. Some rock - Journey, 60's, 70's and 80's. Some grunge - Nirvana's Teen Spirit holds a special place in my heart. And, some inspirational. |
