| Introduction | I have steadily gained weight since I turned 40...6 years ago! I work out regularly...and I have tried it all! WeightWatchers, HerbaLife, etc...but I have found that as I've gotten older I can't dedicate myself like I used to..so here goes..I am going to document everything that I eat in order to hold myself accountable.
