| Introduction | Bodhi (bo-dee) is Sanskrit for enlightenment. When I am baking I feel everything that enlightenment brings: peace, joy, love, perfect bliss, and I hope to pass these feelings on to whoever eats the food I create. I have been a food lover since early childhood, and I recently discovered my passion for baking, specifically. Here, I will share with you stories of the history of my love for decadent food, my current adventures along with my aspirations. I am going to open my very own bakery, and in the meantime I'm learning, perfecting my technique, and posting my adventures here! |
