| Introduction | I've been making cheesecake for many years. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to cheesecake. I would find recipes and my family would love them but I couldn't seem to stick with one recipe. I was never satisfied, until, that is, I discovered the SoNo Cheesecake recipe. I've adapted the recipe to make it gluten free and made a few changes. I've made it bigger and with different toppings and crusts and also different flavors. I made it for my son's wedding reception and it was a big hit. I share with you tips and recipes so that, you too, may make a fabulous cheesecake. I'm a wife, a stay-at-home mom of 6 and grandmother of 2. I'm an Independent Nikken Wellness Consultant and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Family, my God, my church and Nikken are the greatest and are most important to me. |
