| Introduction | I'm a seasoned traveler, having lived outside of Canada for almost 8 years now in various cities across Asia. Whether I've been on my bicycle in Beijing, or sipping tea in Kyoto; having lunch with nuns tucked away in the mountains of Tibet or sleeping under the stars on a boat in Vietnam...I want to soak up all that life has for me. I am eternally curious, and it is this thirst for life that has now caused me to drink from an even deeper well...the well of wholeness. A few months ago, I split up with a man I had cared for, for a number or years. It left me with a broken heart and I felt lifeless inside. I am in a season of re-learning to care for myself…through a new way: food therapy. The blog is documenting my thoughts, reflections and recipes on taking on a mostly vegan/raw food lifestyle.
