| Introduction | I have always loved writing, even as a child. I have two blogs: My Cup Overflows, and The Midnight Scribe. My Cup Overflows was born after I graduated from Denver Seminary with an Old Testament Biblical Studies degree. I became convinced that God's redemptive plan is a story that cannot just be picked up in the middle. One of my goals with this blog is to show how the OT enriches and provides for greater understanding in the New Testament & how it is still an amazing source for holy living, even in today's world. The Midnight Scribe has come about because I realized I wanted an outlet for all my other ideas and stories. I guess this is what is called a “lifestyle blog”. I cover a range of topics including travel, sports, pets, children, work, finance, & even fiction stories that I have written. It is more of an outlet for my own creativity than a need to be noticed or have my voice & opinions heard. Today, my husband and I still live in the Denver-metro area. We have fallen in love with the Rockies & see ourselves staying here for the foreseeable future. We both enjoy traveling, being outdoors, going on adventures, & spending time with friends. |
