| Introduction | Hmmm...a menopausal, arthritic boomer with attitude about cuts it. A hot mug of tea, laced with cream and a good book makes my day. I "attempt" to scrap, and make cards. The desire is there, just not much ability! Family is important to me, and home sweet home...whether that be in the RV, or in our little cottage house on a hill, surrounded by hollyhocks and a white picket fence. (Which my hubby hates!) HE, wants to fulltime in the RV...if life and wife would only let him! |
| Interests | Seeing a billboard along the highway; thinking "hmmm... then looking at each other and saying, wanna check that out?" I've worked with folks with disabilities for nearly 35 years, so I'll always be an advocate for that population. I love kids, dogs, cottage gardens, and small town life. I would wilt and die in a city. I take the corgi kids for rides to see the sheep, horses, and cows on country roads. They stick their heads out to say hi, and the farm animals always mosey over to the fence it seems! |
| Favorite music | Oldies, which were newbies in our day...classical, blue-grass, dulcimer, and anything instrumental. I admit that I have lust in my heart for George Strait. The man looks incredible in Wranglers....I just can't help myself! |
| Favorite books | Any new fiction. Especially psycho-thrillers, cozy mysteries, female-detectives, and anything with humor. Christian women lit is good too. Luckily, I work part-time at the local library! |
