| Introduction | I'm a coffee-bleeding simple jeans and t-shirt girl who is married to my best friend. Writing small works for my own pleasure for years, I made the decision that, when the kids grew up and my career was in a good place, I would write a full-length book. Now, two of my three kids have moved out, I've been a nurse for years (currently an open heart ICU RN), and Fred and I live in a 175-year-old farmhouse near a tiny town. SO, I sat down at my computer intending to write a best seller, but nothing happened. I mean, I stared at the screen. Tons of writings have made their way to paper over the years. I've always been OCD-ishly-organized, with idea lists kept in multiple cross-referenced databases where they're tracked. Apparently, though, my muse was not on the same schedule as me. Well, chapters have since been written, alas, my best seller is still a work in progress. In the meantime, I fantasize about deliciously-tattooed-alpha-male-demon-lovers-that-are-into-bondage-who-I'd-leave-my-husband-for *wink*. They can be found at any time in my favorite author's books. Genres I like are romance and sci-fi, everything from historical, contemporary and suspense to supernatural and erotica. |
