Introduction	I am a wife and mother with a passion for my family and a desire for everyone to live their healthiest life possible. I have a 3 year old little girl, a 15 month old little boy, and a husband who is my best friend and my dream. Life is full of excitement, chaos and beauty! I got my degree in dietetics... but was blessed by a couple of surprises before I could become a Registered Dietician. I have chosen the path of a full time mom and am passionate about my kids! I have an unending curiosity about healthy living, and love exercising my mind and applying what I learn to my family.
