About me

Introduction	I am a community artist working in the field of socially inclusive art. Over the past few years I have been involved with community art projects and have run a number of my own programmes and workshops for children and adults. I have worked for a range of art collectives, schools and institutions. The work changes each time as it is dependent on those involved, taking form through a range of mediums and processes, but the emphasis is always on developing creative potential, social interaction, and personal and group expression. The artwork comes about through a collaborative effort, through a process of engagement with a series of dynamic conversations between site, participant and context. For me, art is vital to the development and education of all communities and to the creation of a more inclusive future.
