| Introduction | While The Vaggie Tales blog consists of poems and short stories that sympathize decidedly with the feminine, they are not feminist. There is no ideological or political rhyme or reason to them. They are fantastical narratives where there are no limits on what can happen. The Vaggie Tales exist in a surreal realm and are told mostly from the prospective of Io, the paragon of the female condition. Anything goes in this realm, including mystical oracles, inebriated amphibious moral critics that protrude from IO’s labia, insects that talk, unsystematic bombardments of trench mortar and many more non-sequitur, random things. A caveat for male readers: if you are a squeamish, weak little person with an insignificant penis, The Vaggie Tales may be challenging for you. But I strongly encourage you to read on.
