| Introduction | We started this blog to help keep all of our friends and family in the loop of what is going on with our family and to also keep everyone up to date on Xanders story and progress. On 2/2/11 we turned our family of 6 into a family of 7. God blessed us with a very delicate gift. Xander was born with HLHS ( Hypoplastic left heart syndrome) Xanders left side of his heart did not grow. He will need 3 surgeries to help him live his life. He had his first surgery 2/7/11, and will need his 2nd surgery between 4-6 months of age. His 3rd surgery will come between 3-5 years of age. He is our fighter and will overcome any obstacles that come his way. He is surrounded by love at all times from his Sister Kaylynn and brothers Dylan, Trever, & Anthani. |
