| Introduction | It's been my privilege to hold management positions at venues such as the Sydney Opera House, The Wharf Restaurant, Café 191, The Pavilion on the Park and Patisse Café & Cooking School. As a manager with extensive experience, I have employed, trained and mentored hundreds of staff. Since 2002, when I moved into full-time training, I've had the great opportunity to serve as the Training and Staffing Coordinator for Trippas White Catering, as an accredited trainer and assessor with Restaurant and Catering Australia, with Club Managers Association of Australia, TAFE NSW and with Profitable Hospitality. My extensive and varied industry experience helps me to bring a currency, perspective and freshness to hospitality training and staff development.
