Favorite Music	Jigging around to good ol' folky tunes really does it. All time favourites are Laura Marling and Cat Stevens but when it comes down to it, i can't stop listening to 40s swing. Good-time-boogie-while-you-cook-songs (which is the only way I cook) has to come from a selection of mowtown for some serious spoon stirring.
Favorite Books	Books are my addiction - but an all too changing and fickle one. But my books of the moment that I count drool worthy and truly fool-proof have to be Simon Hopkinson's Roast Chicken and Other Stories and Diana Henry's new A Change of Appetite
