| Introduction | I am a 43 (almost 44) year old daughter, sister, wife, teacher, friend, and mother. I am passionate, determined, and I question everything. I reflect and overanalyze everything, as well-maybe to a fault. I can be witty, bossy, and sarcastic, but I am extremely dedicated to my friends and family. I am extremely grateful to all of the wonders in my life. I am married with one 4 year old daughter who makes me smile all day long. Life, to me, is about the journey...not the destination. |
| Interests | I love spending time with friends, cooking, learning about cooking, searching for new folksy music, reading whenever I have 5 minutes..I used to have a reading room, but it just became the playroom for my 3 year old. |
| Favorite movies | um, yeah, I don't do movies very often..I don't even know the last movie I saw in a theater. |
| Favorite music | I do like a lot of different music. I like 80's, 70's, and dance music..I like folksy sad music, jazz, and ambient music. It really depends on my life--there aren't many songs that aren't attached to a specific memory from my life. I know most of the words to every song--when it came out--who sang it--and what I was wearing and where I was the first time I heard it. |
| Favorite books | To Kill a Mockingbird, The Book Thief, Running with Scissors, Glass Castle, Rebecca, Tuesdays with Morrie...I mostly love Memoirs...the gut-wrenching kind. |
