| Introduction | I never really learned to cook growing up. I mean, I learned to make pound cake and tuna casserole, but that was really about it. Sad state of affairs, given that I grew up in the South, but my mom was from Ohio, see.... Anyway, in my late 20s I made a stab at learning to cook, and I made some progress, a few things stuck.
