| Introduction | I have lived in Costello Gardens since 2000 when the Association began. From 2015 until April, 2014, I was the president of the Association, the last 5 acting, along with the board, as the property manager. Our fees pay for yearly maintenance of the Common Property, which includes asphalt, curbs and sewers, as well as repairs and replacement of these items. The association is currently managed by CMG. The blog will give owners the background information they need regarding the recent Reserve Fund Study so that we can assess whether the projected fee increases are warranted and whether there are cost-effective options that need to be discussed. |
