Introduction	I AM DOULA. My love for labour and birth started on April 20th 2001 when my older sister went into labour and aloud her 14 year old sister (me) to be with with her during the labour. I saw the inner power women have that night, I saw that labour is tough but women are tougher and I was hooked! 18 months later I walked for hours, laughed, got cold cloths, cuddled my nephew, took 2 long trips to the hospital and was honored to be present at the birth of my first neice on November 12th 2002. 10 years later, I am a Mother of 3 crazy-wonderful children and am a Doula. I care for a Mama through prenatal visits, attending the labour and birth of a child, provide emotional and physical support, stay with Mom up to 2 hours after the birth and follow up with 2 postnatel visits. Other services I offer include Placenta Services, Advanced Comfort Measure Workshops and coming this Fall Dancing for Birth-Instructor.
