Introduction	It's safe to say I've never been an athlete ... though I have done many bike ride events, including a century (100 miles over two days) several 5ks, a marathon and two triathlons. Then I sat :) ... After four years of inactivity, I knew I needed to do something ... It started one Sunday afternoon in Novemeber -- while on facebook I threw out that I wanted to start running. A friend said she was IN and that's where this journey begins ... let's see where it goes!
