| Introduction | Helen is a mountainbilly mama, in charge of the newsletter for the family's cabin on Angel Mountain in Jefferson (Ashe County), NC... along with just a few gazillion other things. Mountainbilly dad, Randy, stays pretty busy himself as a retired-teacher/football coach-turned beekeeper/handyman/yard man/cook/bus driver/whatever. Mountainbilly chillun: ~ Matthew, married to Jill (bonus daughter!), parents to our beautiful first grandbaby, Clara... and granddog, Maple; ~ Katie, married to Paul (bonus son!), parents to granddog, Mae; ~ Jeffrey, angel baby; the inspiration for Angel Mountain and the book, The Jeffrey Journey; ~ Mountainbilly furball: Honey (pooch) and our hilarious granddogs, Mae and Maple, with angels Emma, Kali, Maggie, granddog Emmy, new angel Sami (just short of her 19th birthday!) - and a few others - still here in spirit. Don't worry - that doesn't mean we're haunted! It means we’re blessed with plenty of happy vibes :) |
