| Introduction | I spent my 30s falling in love, getting married, having 2 kids, and gaining a lot of weight. I lost 35 lb in 2010, only to gain it all back and 20 more. Lost the 55 in 2013-2014 but gained it all back AGAIN. "maintained" that weight gain for 5+ year until the pandemic hit and I gained 40 more pounds. Now no longer in my 40s, almost 2 years into my 50s, its about health more than anything. |
