| Introduction | Rotary Club of Delhi Riverside was Chartered on 8th June, 2005. The members of club are neighbours, community leaders, and global citizens uniting for the common cause of serving humanity through fellowship. We have 52 members in our club with diverse classifications (i.e. belonging to various occupations). We meet almost every fortnight and organise programs for members and public at large. Rotary through its flagship programs has been working tirelessly for betterment of humankind and we are on the verge of making world " POLIO FREE ". After making India Polio Free, Rotary has taken up tasks like Wash in Schools - a Unique Program, where in we provide children hand wash stations and teach them the benefits of cleanliness. It benefits them directly and society as a whole. Rotary in India has taken up another task of making India 100% Literate in next few years.
