| Introduction | I am a full time wife and mother of two with the greatest family in all the world! We are a tightly knit bunch who adore the heck out of each other!:)They are supportive, loving, and so much fun to be around.They are indeed my inspiration for the healthy, happy food that I make:) I love Yahweh, God with all my heart,and want nothing less than to do His good and perfect will. He is the reason I exist, breathe, and have this wonderful life that I live. And I don't take that lightly or for granted! I love creating things, whether it's music, art....and of course...food! As someone who grew up in the south and witnessed the detriments of a classic "southern diet", I have been trying, and for the most part I believe, succeeding, in making whole, healthy meals, snacks, and desserts, that are good for the body, and the soul.
