| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in November 2006. CF is a genetic disease that makes my lungs fill up with mucus. I go to the doctor all of the time ever since I was born. The doctor's didn't know what was wrong with me until I went to CHKD in Norfolk, VA. That is where I was put in the hospital for the first time. I wasn't scared because all of my family stayed with me. While I was there I was put on a lot of medicine and had to get stuck with lots of needles. They hurt me a lot and made me cry. I am now on more then ten different medicines every day and take physical therapy (for my lungs) at least three times a day for thirty-five minutes. Just the Vest that I wear for my therapy cost about $17,000.00 and one of the medicines that I take cost $1,000.00 per month. It takes a lot of my Moms time to make sure I get all of the things I need. I take special pills every time I eat because my body doesn't absorb fat and I cannot gain weight without them because my pancrease failed when I was just 2. Right now the average life expectency is 37 years old. I would really like to live longer than that. |

| Favorite music | Moms trying to find someone to teach me how to play the guitar. I really like all kinds of music but nothing slow or sad just the fun stuff like rock n roll, anything with a good beat. |
