Introduction I came to Australia in 2005, leaving behind me, my native Lausanne, a small city by the lake Geneva in Switzerland. Married to a French man, 2 children born here in Australia, I have maintained a strong link with France and Switzerland, my traditions, languages and culture (especially cheese and chocolate!!). I have a passion for food since my young age and love eating food from all around the world but the French cuisine, with sometimes a touch of the Swiss Alps, is the main one you will find in her family home.
Interests Sandra invites you on a French journey to experience the true taste of French home style cooking. You will experience some wonderful cooking of dishes with new techniques as well as Chefs' secrets as she incorporates her gourmet cuisine with a new personal twist. The inspiration of the cuisine in all the classes comes from an appreciation of the French regions with taking each season into account.
