Introduction	I'm a registered dietitian. I completed my bachelor's degree in dietetics from College of the Ozarks and a six month internship in Council Bluffs, Iowa through Iowa State University. Now I live in Louisiana with my husband where I work in two areas of nutrition, clinical and community. I'm not sure where I am going to end up professionally but one thing is certain; life is hard and then you die. Praise the Lord.
