| Introduction | I have a background in customer service and admin as well as management in a number of different industries. But, having lost my job in 2010, I decided to make a big change in my life. So, in early 2011, I made the decision to move to France where my parents have lived since 2004. They run a small café/restaurant and B&B in a relaxing village in the Languedoc region. I hope to use my time in France to improve my skills with wine and also expand my repertoire of recipes and meals. My eventual dream is to open my own wine shop somewhere in the world and perhaps become a Master of Wine! |
