Introduction	I have always been an earthy soul, a free spirit if you like. I remember as a child meditating to the distant sounds of the sea lapping at the shore. I thrilled to be out and about in nature, rolling down a grassy hillside or laying under a tree gazing through the leaves to the sky ... all this connection to the natural wonders of nature have led me to be who I am today ... someone who seems to be blessed with a gift to understand energy therapy and the miracles that lie within.
