| Introduction | I started the BFC in Feb. '10. I've lost around 50lbs. I was diagnosed in May '12 with breast cancer, Stage 3c. I had a double mastectomy and I'm still doing chemo. I have 7 out of 20 txs left. After this, 33 radiation txs. I'm very thankful it didn't spread anywhere else! Even though the scenario is to lose weight on chemo, i've gained! you know why, I started eating sugar and the weight has piled on, 20lbs! What an addiction I have to this nasty stuff! This week I'm getting back to the BFC ways. |
