Introduction	"Poetry is the synthesis of hyacinths and biscuits." - Carl Sandburg . . . That's why I'm a dedicated iPhone Photographer and Collagist, working now, solely with the iPhone Camera and apps. to create this work. It's the synthesis of this incredible "phone" that pushes it beyond the allluring and into the addictive. And I DO love hyacinths and biscuits.
Interests	iPhone photograhpy, iPhone collage, mixed-media. Photographing landscapes, trees - esp. cedars and bare winter trees, weather, sky, clouds, tiny things in the grass that normally go unnoticed, old machinery, old industrial bldgs. Writing: poetry, blogging. Reading: poetry, art books. Cats - my real cats and collecting vintage cat figurines and postcards.
Favorite movies	Movies are basically a waste of 2 hours of time that I could be creating and not inspiring in general. However, the documentary, "The Cats of Mirakatani" is totally incredible!!! That's substance for you! And inspiration. Dead Poet's Society is awesome!
Favorite music	The Lavellas, Abel & Baker, Film School!!! also: The Cure, Brand X, Miles Davis, Billie Holiday.
Favorite books	The Incatation of Frida K. - by Kate Braverman is the best!! The Art of the Commonplace, Give My Regards to Eighth Street, Hayden Carruth Collected Longer Poems, Joseph Cornell Theater of the Mind, Frank O'Hara and Hayden Carruth. Various art & poetry books relating to The New York School artists and poets.

Your pajamas have duckies on them. Why did you switch from choo-choos?

i like duckies better than choo-choos because they are birds and i like birds.
