| Introduction | Floor 5 @ Norham House 12 New Bridge Street West Newcastle upon Tyne For the past 10 months Floor 5 @ Norham House has been operating as a multi art resource centre to support the creation of new work. The team behind Floor 5 are now close to securing a second city centre building as a cultural product hive, and are planning to attach a programme of work that spills the creativity out of the building into the streets of Newcastle. Spill Culture Club is an engine for that work - a network for artists who are interested in collobarating on multi-art projects and a club for people who want to know what's happening and where.
