| Introduction | A life-long resident of the north shore of Lake Superior, I was born in 1975 in Grand Marais, Minnesota and reside in Grand Portage (the very northeastern tip of Minnesota). Grand Portage is an Indian Reservation on the shores of Lake Superior, and I am proud to be a citizen of the Grand Portage Anishinaabe Nation.
I am a self-taught nature and wildlife photographer. My favorite subject to photograph is the night sky and I have a passion for making images after dark. My photography primarily focuses on my home area of northeast Minnesota but I also have an ever-expanding collection of images from other locations as I extend my travels "Beyond Minnesota".
