| Introduction | Hi, and thanks for visiting my blog! My name is Amy and I'm an aspiring costume maker/textile artist/novelist living in the north east of England, and an assistant in an art gallery in the meantime.
This blog is mainly a place for me to talk about my projects, to showcase work and maybe demonstrate techniques. It'll also include ramblings about my adventures, and me gushing about things which inspire me and my work. The name Sparkles and Teapots came from my partner in crime's mum, who once said we'd be good business partners because 'she does all scary pointy and you're all...sparkles and teapots!'.
