Introduction	Spectrum Community Mental Health is a division of RESOURCE, a non-profit in the Twin Cities dedicating to helping people discover their potential and achieve their dreams. Spectrum Community Mental Health provides services in Hennepin county that help individuals with a serious mental illness live successfully in the community. Spectrum provides services from three regional centers called Community Support Programs (or, CSP's). Two of these CSP's have specialized young adult services: Charaka CSP in Bloomington, MN and Northwest CSP in Crystal, MN
