Introduction	49 year old Private Contractor with experience in all fields related to finance, project management, implementation, design, engineering, purchasing, human resources, contracts. Since my lifework has been based on completing projects and satisfying clients, I have a skill set that is well suited to City Hall. The only thing they won't be used to is the intensity and tenacity I bring to the table. The will to concentrate on a project and bring it to a successful completion is vital to a contractor. To demand more of oneself and those around him for the sake of something larger is a trait that can only be defined as a Passion for Service. This will allows us to make sacrifices, and it is now part of my DNA. You may not like what I look like, sound like or some of the things I say, but, if you need someone to back you up or take the lead , I'm the type of person you would want.
