| Introduction | My passion has always been great storytelling, particularly fiction that moves you, as a reader (or audience member) and as a person. Stories that shift your viewpoint to think about the world in a fresh way. I have had shorter pieces appear in a wide variety of literary and trade magazines. I have one novel published independently in 2016, titled In Love and War, which is available on this website. I have won numerous awards for my writing, the most recent one being the Bronze Award from the Veterans’ Administration for Creative Writing (Fiction) in 2023 for a section of my up-coming novel, CONTRITION. The project I am looking to sell is a novel manuscript set in the LDS community called CONTRITION which spans the lifetime of one Mormon man and his family across the twentieth century. I am a husband and father and currently reside in the western United States.
