| Introduction | I am a retired Army Sergeant Major, happily married to my best friend. We live in Orange Park, FL. I teach reading and math for 3rd & 6th grades. I am looking to expand my writing into a part-time venture at some point. We have a loving and brilliant daughter and two precious grand children. I am not running everyday, like I did last year, I will run, bike or swim 5 times a week this year. I am adding services as a certified running coach this year.
