Introduction	The Lake Runner, the official newsletter of the Lake Run Club, offers a variety of information and resources. The newsletter features articles written by club members on subjects such as races, injuries and member profiles. Features of the newsletter include member photographs, member race results, upcoming area races, messages from the president and secretary. The editors are always looking for contributions from members willing to share their experiences and knowledge beneficial to the beginner as well as the experienced runner.
