| Introduction | I am a 36 year old male, married with 2 kids, a girl and a boy and a third on the way. 2009 is my fifth year doing triathlons. My wife, Chandra is active as well, especially now that we have a 4 year old and 2 year old and soon a newborn. This poses a challenge when it comes to workout time so I often workout on lunch breaks or before I go to work so that my training doesn’t interfere with family time or my wife’s workouts.
