Introduction	I am a New Yorker who has been living in Portugal for 16 years now. My family is of Portuguese decent but my cooking is truly a fusion of my New England background and food of the world. I have so many hobbies from cooking, to yoga, photography, singing that is it impossible to list all my interests. However, cooking has been with me since I can remember. What has most inspired my cooking throughout the years has been without a doubt, my social engagements, travels and my father who is a gourmet chef in the States. My passion led me to opening a Restaurant in Porto which I ran for 8 years. I now share with you my culinary inspirations.
