Introduction	I have been married for just over a year, my husband and I live in California. We are a part of the founding team of Trinity Christian Church (www.tcchurchonline.com). At Trinity Christian Church we are committed to being healthy and balanced individuals. This includes being spiritually fit, physically fit and mentally fit. I am pursing the next step in becoming physically fit. I have lost 30 pounds in the last year and am looking to document my progress as I pursue becoming the best that I can be. Join me in my journey as I change patterns, break strongholds, and learn to say yes to what is good for me.
