Introduction	We are from Chennai (formerly called Madras) in India. Our small family is made up of hubby S, our daughter N, son V and I am B and that's why the name "SBNV". All of us enjoy spending time in the kitchen. We are not iron chefs and definitely not experts but we do love to experiment and entertain. Sometimes, when we make a dish it's like..if only we could share this with the rest of the world. That's what inspired us to create this blog.
