| Interests | Calaisa is a Swedish band consisting of two sets of sisters; Anna and Malin Törnquist, Lisa and Caisa Troedsson. We sing and play a mix of pop and country with a touch of Irish folk music. In 2004, after several years of struggling, we went to Nashville to look for a record deal. By accident we met James Stroud, the head of Universal, who signed us on the spot. Our debut album was recorded in Nashville a year later and is now being released all over the world. |
