You're trapped in a well with a goat and a slinky. Describe how you will escape.
I unwind the slinky and get the goat to trample it carefully to temper it to increase the basic strength of the metal. I then send the goat to the top of the well (well, you didn't say it wasn't a mountain goat, goats have these powers!), trailing the slinky behind it. I then climb up the side of the well using the slinky as my climbing rope. All I can say is, it'd better be a shallow well.
