Introduction A. Sadie Timm is a self-published renegade author who writes what she loves rather than be bound by conventional writing parameters. A 45 year old pagan queer woman, she lives in the Puget Sound area with her partner of 14 years and their four cats. Her earliest memories of writing began when she was 7 years old and never stopped. She often tells people that her bloodstream is made up of Dr. Pepper and the need to write. Over the years, she has dabbled in fanfiction, poetry, nonfiction, essays, and original fiction.

Favorite Music I grew up in a musically-inclined family, so music is very much ingrained in my life. I love a wide variety of music, but tend to do my best writing with the heavy metal type of music. I have a playlist that I always use, consisting of primarily Bound For Severance and Disturbed, with a smattering of other songs thrown in for good measure.
Favorite Books Pretty much anything by Marion Zimmer Bradley, Katherine Kurtz, Kathleen O'Neill Gear and W. Michael Gear, Patricia Telesco, and Scott Cunningham. Any books that deal with Judas Iscariot, Mary Magdalene, the Gnostic texts, the "controversies" surrounding Jesus and his life, a variety of spiritual practices, fantasy, poetry, crafts, the practice of writing... Clearly, I have a wide variety of tastes when it comes to what I'll read.

What did you dream when you ate a spider while sleeping?

I dreamed of skating under a bloodless sky with razors falling like raindrops. Everywhere I looked, I could see swollen, purple clouds, like giant bruises.
