| Introduction | I grew up on Vancouver Island in Nanaimo, I moved to Burnaby after high school and attended SFU. I went travelling, lived in Ireland for a couple of months in 2009 and ever since, have been living in Vancouver. I love BC, with its beauty and nature, and I love to take pictures of where I live with my DSLR. I also play violin and have become a recent member of the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra. I started this blog as a means to write about my discoveries in food and cooking. I have had Crohn's Disease since 2003, and in recent months have been trying to improve my health by altering the way I think about food. I'm trying to eat more naturally, with fresher ingredients and with fewer additives and preservatives. I'm also eating smaller portions, more often throughout the day. It's definitely a work in progress, which I've dubbed my "food revolution". So welcome all, to my blog about food, recipes and pretty pictures of my creations! |
