Introduction	Hey there! My name is Addison Mae and even though I'm only fourteen, I have the biggest love and passion for cooking and cupcakes. It's funny though because whatever I cook I never get to taste. I have a disease called Eosinophilic Eosaphagitis, which is where I can't eat anything because my body has sores all in it. So when I eat they flare up because they are irritated by food. But Sometimes it is worth it because not being able to eat helped me find my passion and what I want to do in life which is to cook! I love to cook, I just have lots of taste testers. I do have a really good nose though so I can smell what I put in my dish. So when it smells right to me it's done!
