| Introduction | Hello. My name is Jason. I am a movie addict. When you local video store manager says you're an addict, then you must be one. I was not initially a fan of buying strictly digital movies. I preferred the physical copy with digital included. As time has moved on and my movie collection grew, there came two major factors in switching my opinions on buying digital only copies. One is physical space. Let’s face it, even a couple hundred movies take up a lot of space even if you invest in thin DVD cases which I had done. Second is cost. Wonder Woman and Spiderman Homecoming were the first movies that I intentionally bought digital only because at the time, I was able to get a UHD copies for $20 while the blu-ray with HD digital copy were at least $3-$5 more. In the past few years, I have found many tips on how to add to my collection without breaking my wallet that I want to share with you. All that being said, I hope you join me on the adventure of digital movie collecting. Collecting sounds so much better than addiction. |
