| Introduction | I seem to always have a lot to say...good things, bad things, funny and sad. I recently went through a life changing experience and am starting my life over. I am not young. I am 42 (that's not old either..but having to go back and live with your mother at my age sucks).I have been forced to slow down, take a deep breath and re direct my "brain paths" as my therapist calls them. In other words-change the patterns of my behavior my whole life. Not easy, but I recently did it and I survived. Now, here to share (not sure how much of the last year right now) but will share what's on my mind. Hope you find this entertaining, useful and interesting.
